What types of units are available?

We offer studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments—each designed for comfort and style. Availability may vary, so be sure to check with our leasing team for current options.

Is renters insurance required? "not required but highly recommended?

Renters insurance is not required, but it’s highly recommended to protect your personal belongings in case of theft, fire, or other unexpected events.

What is required to apply for an apartment? "rental application, first, last & security deposit?

To apply, you’ll need to complete a rental application and provide first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit.

What is the security deposit amount?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due at the time of signing.

When is rent due, and how can I pay it?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can pay by check or make a deposit at the bank located on the building’s first floor.

Is parking included with rent?

Parking is not included with rent. Residents are responsible for securing their own parking arrangements.

How close is public transportation?

Public transportation is conveniently within walking distance, making it easy to get around without a car.

What security features does the property have?

The property features security cameras and key-entry access to help ensure a safe and secure environment for all residents.

What amenities are available?

Amenities include bicycle racks, a laundry room, and elevator access for your convenience.

What is the length of the lease & Can I break my lease early?

Leases are 12 months long. If needed, you can break your lease with a 30-day written notice.

 

 

 

Are there quiet hours?

Yes, quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

Can I make changes to the unit (paint, shelves, etc.)?

No changes can be made to the unit without prior approval from the owner. Please reach out before making any modifications.
